Lucie Bataillie studied journalism and photography in Ghent. Since 2019 she works as a portrait and documentary photographer. Among other projects, Lucie focuses on social projects through which she is able to tell stories through words and images. Her interest in refugee issues started during trips to Palestine and Italy where she visited refugee camps and made contact with relevant organizations.
